What happens next

We call you back. A consultant phones to understand the rooms, the direction they face and roughly how many openings we are talking about, then finds a time that suits you — including after work, which is when most people are actually home.

We come and measure. Every opening measured properly, with fabric and slat samples brought to the house. This is also where the awkward questions get asked: what your complex allows, which windows really need attention first, and what can wait.

You get it in writing. An itemised quote, per window, with no obligation attached to it. If two rooms are for next year, take them out — the pricing is per item precisely so you can.

Then we make and fit it. Manufactured to your sizes and installed by a team that cleans up behind itself and shows you how everything works before it leaves.
